Pandemic has led to the down fall of career as well as academics. The tremendous amount of energy and work that we industrial designers used to give in academics and live projects suddenly had a breakthrough in it.

Bridge school Program was one turning point there. The program was full package of Mentoring, learning, managing, Designing and getting your work validated from high Industry professionals. The best part was students from different universities collaborated and worked in groups on the given brief. Students who were from different streams of design who were unknown in beginning ended up doing project successfully with a good bonding with each other.

Speaking about the mentors of the program, they guided us so effectively that even working online from different locations it was made possible that we understand industry language, Decisions, Dependencies, Communication properly. It was a massive learning for me from point of managing the team as well making decisions and presenting design data to mentors.

It is often said that “Every great design begins with an even better story “, this was closely experienced by me in this internship journey. Storytelling and bringing an emotional and holistic approach to whatever you design was focused and thought to students by presentations, connecting us with high industry professionals and sharing own experiences.

Last but not the least making internship possible by bridge school even in such pandemic condition and delivering us all data on time and getting it done from us was a commendable job done.
